Family Visit Visa Required Document's For Saudi Arabia

MANDATORY MEDICAL INSURANCE

As mandated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, all Applicants travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to obtain a Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) approved Medical Insurance Certificate from the Visa Application Centre.

وزارت خارجہ، سعودی عرب کے حکم کے مطابق، مملکت سعودی عرب کا سفر کرنے والے تمام درخواست دہندگان کو ویزا درخواست مرکز سے کونسل آف کوآپریٹو ہیلتھ انشورنس (CCHI) سے منظور شدہ میڈیکل انشورنس سرٹیفکیٹ حاصل  کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ 

The cost of the insurance is generated upon receiving the application and has to be paid at the time of the appointment.

انشورنس کی لاگت درخواست موصول ہونے پر پیدا ہوتی ہے اور اسے اپوائنٹمنٹ کے وقت ادا کرنا پڑتا ہے

1. If granted the visa I shall abide by all the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and respect the Islamic customs and traditions of its people

 اگر ویزا دیا جاتا ہے تو میں مملکت سعودی عرب کے تمام قوانین و ضوابط کی پابندی کروں گا اور اس کے لوگوں کے اسلامی رسوم و رواج کا احترام کروں گا۔

2. I am also fully aware that the crime of smuggling narcotics and other illegal drugs into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is punishable by the death penalty

 میں اس بات سے بھی پوری طرح واقف ہوں کہ مملکت سعودی عرب میں منشیات اور دیگر غیر قانونی منشیات کی اسمگلنگ کے جرم کی سزا موت ہے۔

3. I have never been removed, excluded or deported from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or from any other Gulf Cooperation Council member state or charged with violation of any law or regulation thereof

مجھے کبھی بھی مملکت سعودی عرب یا خلیج تعاون کونسل کے کسی دوسرے رکن ملک سے نکالا، خارج یا ملک بدر نہیں کیا گیا یا اس کے کسی قانون یا ضابطے کی خلاف ورزی کا الزام نہیں لگایا گیا

4. I am aware that all alcoholic beverages, narcotics and other illegal drugs, pornographic materials or publications, which violate the social norms of decency and all other publications, which are disrespectful of any religious belief or political orientation, are prohibited and shall not be brought into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

This visa application document checklist helps you check that you have included all of the necessary documentation that is required by the Saudi Arabia Embassy Islamabad to process your visa application.

یہ ویزا درخواست دستاویزات کی چیک لسٹ آپ کو یہ چیک کرنے میں مدد کرتی ہے کہ آپ نے وہ تمام ضروری دستاویزات شامل کر دی ہیں جو سعودی عرب کے سفارت خانے کو آپ کی ویزا    درخواست پر کارروائی کے لیے درکار ہیں۔

Kindly bring the below documents for submission at the Visa Services Centre on your appointment date/ time:

برائے مہربانی اپنی اپوائنٹمنٹ کی تاریخ/وقت پر ویزا سروسز سینٹر میں جمع کرانے کے لیے درج ذیل دستاویزات لائیں۔

1. Below Documents Required for Islamabad mission (Islamabad, Peshawar & Lahore)
2. Un-Married certificate on stamp paper attested by Pak Foreign office (Mofa) for un-married females above age of 18 years.
3. Original passport (Minimum Six (06) months validity and having at least two blank pages)
4. Photocopy of Passport.
5. Complete Visa Application Form (Embassy Form)
6. Two (02) passport size photograph. (white/ blue)
7. Photocopy of computerized national Identity Card (CNIC).
8. Visa slip by MoFA
9. Marriage certificate attested by F.O and wife passport should be on the name of her husband
10. Person who issued visa by mofa. His clear passport and Iqama copy
11. Relationship evidence which could be certain documents which prove that this person is relative to the visa sender
12. Attach the vaccination card for Polio & MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella).
13. B-Form attested from foreign office for children and a copy of the same  {alertSuccess}

اٹھارہ سال سے کم عمر غیر شادی شدہ خواتین کے لیے پاک دفتر خارجہ کی طرف سے اسٹامپ پیپر پر تصدیق شدہ ہو

اصل پاسپورٹ (کم از کم چھ (06) ماہ کی میعاد اور کم از کم دو خالی صفحات کا ہونا)

پاسپورٹ کی فوٹو کاپی۔

مکمل ویزا درخواست فارم (سفارت خانہ فارم)

دو (02) پاسپورٹ سائز تصویر۔ (سفید/نیلے)

کمپیوٹرائزڈ قومی شناختی کارڈ (CNIC) کی فوٹو کاپی۔

ایم او ایف اے کی طرف سے ویزا سلپ

ایف او سے تصدیق شدہ شادی کا سرٹیفکیٹ اور بیوی کا پاسپورٹ اس کے شوہر کے نام پر ہونا چاہیے۔

وہ شخص جس نے موفا کے ذریعہ ویزا جاری کیا۔ اس کا کلیئر پاسپورٹ اور اقامہ کاپی

رشتے کے ثبوت جو کچھ دستاویزات ہوسکتے ہیں جو ثابت کرتے ہیں کہ یہ شخص ویزا بھیجنے والے سے رشتہ دار ہے۔

پولیو اور ایم ایم آر (خسرہ، ممپس اور روبیلا) کے لیے ویکسینیشن کارڈ منسلک کریں۔

بچوں کے لیے دفتر خارجہ سے تصدیق شدہ بی فارم اور اس کی ایک کاپی

The Visa Fees and Services fees indicated are based on the current exchange rates on the date of the booking. The Foreign exchange rates as advised by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia results in fluctuations in the local currency rates against the USD on a weekly basis, the Applicants are requested to check the website at least a day before their appointment date on the website vc.tasheer.com to confirm the exact Visa Fees and service charges. {alertWarning}
